A few weeks ago I had the opportunity to go to our farm, pulk the coffee beans and powder them to prepare and enjoy the sip of our own farm grown coffee. Walking in the way to the estate, feeling the nature around me and breathing the joy of the fresh air I was able get 10X energised back way to my hometown, Bangalore. Who would have thought that you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee and even at night when you want to have one, with all the stress of the day behind you? Not only does your mom or dad enjoy drinking coffee, but they also probably spend a lot of time making it for others. It’s become a daily part of their life! Not only is coffee delicious, but it’s also good for you. According to one study, eating 1 or 2 cups of caffeinated coffee a day may help reduce the risk of diabetes. Another study found that caffeine can also help people lose weight. Caffeine helps by blocking some of the appetite-stimulating hormones like ghrelin that signal your body that you are hungry. If you drink more coffee, you will feel less hungry and eat fewer meals. Some studies have even shown that drinking coffee could help reduce pain after surgery. This might be because of two main components in coffee; caffeine and kapiolone. Kapiolone works by slowing down the transfer of electrical signals along nerves. Because of this, it has been used to treat nerve damage from injury or disease.
